The project features a balanced mix of retail spaces, restaurants and cafes, family entertainment, boutique suites, and modern offices, with IKEA as a key component, offering a complete urban experience for residents of the surrounding neighborhoods and visitors to the city.
Mecca
The first mixed-use project of its kind in the Al Shawqiyah district of Makkah, this development spans approximately 36,000 square meters and boasts a gross building area (GFA) of around 72,000 square meters, spread across 14 floors and comprising approximately 480 residential units. The project features a blend of residential units, commercial spaces, restaurants, and a rooftop garden, offering stunning views of Makkah's landmarks. It is designed to serve the area's high population density and the constant flow of pilgrims, Umrah performers, and residents.
AL Madinah

Khamis Mushait
A fully integrated urban destination on a 70,195 m² plot with approximately 94,000 m² of leasable area (GLA), and around 1,865 parking spaces. The project includes the first IKEA store in the Asir region, in addition to a hypermarket, cinema, food court, and family entertainment areas, serving Khamis Mushait and the surrounding areas as a premier destination for shopping, entertainment, and everyday services.
Al-Qassim
A lifestyle and commercial center in Buraidah, situated on a plot of approximately 103,200 m² with a leasable area of around 61,000 m². The project features a mix of retail outlets, restaurants and cafes, outdoor experiences, and open spaces, targeting families and the local community by providing a modern community destination that supports the area's economic activity.
Jizan
A community shopping complex in Jazan City with approximately 20,000 square meters of leasable space, Jazal Plaza houses Lulu Hypermarket, Jarir Bookstore, and a variety of other retail outlets, along with restaurants, entertainment options, and everyday services. Jazal Plaza is designed to be a major attraction for residents of the surrounding neighborhoods and visitors to the city and the Corniche, with a well-planned layout that takes into account the area's growth and evolving needs.
Sulaimaniyah Plaza Jeddah
A fully integrated lifestyle destination in the heart of New Jeddah on King Abdullah Road, this project transforms an existing center into a modern urban hub serving the densely populated Al Sulaimaniyah district and surrounding areas. Strategically located opposite the Haramain High-Speed Railway station and close to King Abdulaziz University and East Jeddah Hospital, the project boasts a spacious 39,000 m² underground parking area, offering a comprehensive experience in shopping, entertainment, and everyday services within a contemporary and dynamic environment.
